If you rebuild then rebuild out of non-combustible (fire proof, not burnable) materials like gyprock, stucco, masonry, concrete cement, brick - block, metal siding & roofing, clay terra-cotta roof tiles, and/or metal framing studs. Do “not” use and stay away from wood, plastic, and vinyl.

I’m from Paradise California we had a fire called the campfire. 90 people burned alive 17,000 homes 3000 businesses over 20,000 pets. In the first seven hours of the fire. Ouch we will never recover! Like a nuclear bomb can’t even tell what street you’re on and you’re in your own neighborhood not even the doghouse left.

Enjoyed watching you recover those nuggets; I don't blame you leaving just before high noon, that sun is a killer. I have been detecting for over 40 plus up in the New England region, digging up hot rocks is just part of the course but not too much of them, which is good. mostly coins. and some water detecting is a lot of fun, now getting older about your age I think more or less lol. but I still do it. now and then.
